At THC Hangover, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly. Please review our shipping and processing guidelines before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

• During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We ship orders using reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Standard shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• Adult Signature Required (21+): Due to federal and state regulations, some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

• We do not ship to states, counties, or cities where THC products are restricted or prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws in their area before placing an order.

• Orders placed to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded (minus processing fees).

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product details visible.

Shipping Delays & Liability

• Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, THC Hangover is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

• We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
